Stratas

There are eleven individual strata schemes within City Quarter.

Each strata scheme is managed by their individual Owners Corporations through their Strata Committee and have their own set of By-Laws that govern the management of their buildings.

Strata committees are elected at the strata scheme’s Annual General Meeting. Each strata has their own Strata Manager and Building Manager who's role is to manage the day to day operations on behalf of the Owners Corporation and the Strata Committee.

The City Quarter By-Laws, Rules and Codes are the overarching ‘rules’ of City Quarter. Each Strata’s individual By-Laws must act within the overarching City Quarter ‘rules’. Strata By-Laws cannot contradict the City Quarter By-Laws, Rules and Codes.

Owners and tenants of the Strata Schemes must comply with their Strata By-Laws, the City Quarter Community Management Statement (CMS) and the various City Quarter Rules and Codes.
