Making excessive noise that could disrupt another resident’s use and enjoyment of living in City Quarter. We ask that all loud music and any excessive noise be restricted between 10pm and 6am
Using language or behaving in a manner that may offend or embarrass other owners, residents or their guests
Smoking cigarettes, cigars, or pipes on City Quarter common property, or allowing smoke or other offensive odours to drift into common property or the other owner’s residences
It is an offence to throw anything from your property out of the window or from the balcony/loggia. This includes items such as cigarette butts, rubbish and emptying of vacuum bags. It may cause fire or damage to the units on the lower floors
Hindering anyone's legal use of City Quarter community property
Utilising equipment that interferes with appliances or devices used by other residents
Engaging in any behaviour that could damage the reputation of City Quarter
Participating in illegal activities within City Quarter
