Community Association

The City Quarter Community Scheme DP 270241 is overseen by the City Quarter Community Association, providing comprehensive management for the entire City Quarter site. 

The Community Association is tasked with ensuring that all buildings, facilities, and landscaping are maintained (and enhanced), in accordance with the various City Quarter By-Laws, Rules and Codes.

The Community Association Committee is formed from representatives elected by the eleven strata schemes within City Quarter. 

The Community Association Annual General Meeting is held once per year, normally in November. It is this meeting where the Community Association representatives are voted onto the Community Association Committee. 

Executive Committee meetings are scheduled quarterly, but extra meetings can be scheduled as needed.
