Evacuation of buildings
Evacuation diagrams must be displayed on every floor of each building. These diagrams will outline the evacuation route and assembly point.
Most buildings are equipped with a fire and evacuation alarm system. Initially, when the alarm sounds, there will be an Alert Tone (beep beep) in the immediate vicinity, indicating that it's time to prepare for evacuation. As the situation escalates, this Alert Tone will extend to other floors in the building and will soon be replaced by the evacuation tone. When the evacuation tone (whoop whoop) is activated, all residents should promptly leave the building using the fire stairs and follow the designated evacuation routes to the Assembly Area.
Each building within City Quarter is required to carry out fire alarm testing.
Please refrain from staying in your apartment or using the elevators at any time during an evacuation.
