The Community Association Facilities Manager is solely responsible for the services associated with the Community Association (‘CA’) properties. These properties encompass the indoor and outdoor pools, gyms located at TRIO and Alexandra, as well as the Village Green, Boulevard, gardens, and the private road on Sterling Circuit. Responsibilities include:
Maintaining all common areas
Managing access for on-site contractors to CA facilities
Controlling access to CA facilities
Documenting any defects discovered within CA facilities
Hiring contractors to address issues in CA facilities
Keeping records of all work performed in CA facilities
Collaborating with on-site security
Organizing cleaning, routine servicing, and inspections of CA facilities
Overseeing gardening and landscaping for CA gardens and lawns
Replacing lamps in CA properties
Posting notices in CA areas
