City quarter By-Laws

The Community Management Statement (‘CMS’) sets out the By-Laws and rules for the entire City Quarter Community Scheme DP 270241 and are similar to By-Laws for a Strata scheme.

The Architectural and Landscape Standards adopted by the Community Association are referred to and form part of the Community Management Statement (CMS) for the City Quarter Community Scheme DP 270241.

City Quarter Rules govern the use of all common areas and facilities (eg pools & gyms) of the City Quarter Community Association DP270241.

NSW Legislation - The Community Land Management ACT 2021 (CLMA) and the Community Land Management Regulation 2021 (CLMR) provide the legislative framework for the management of a Community Association in NSW.
