Our Stratas

There are eleven separate strata schemes within the City Quarter precinct.

Each strata scheme is managed by their individual Owners Corporations through their Strata Committee and have their own set of by-laws that govern the management of their buildings.

Strata committees are elected at the strata's Annual General Meeting and under the ACT may consists of up to nine members. Our strata's have their own Strata Manager and Building Manager (listed below) who's job it is to manage the day to day operations on behalf of the Owners Corporation and the Strata Committee.

If you are the owner of a unit in a strata scheme, you are automatically a member of that strata's owners corporation. The Owners Corporation has the responsibility for common property and makes key decisions affecting the operation of the strata scheme.

Living in a strata comes with its own lifestyle benefits, responsibilities and restrictions.

Owners and Tenants of Strata Schemes must comply with their Strata Schemes by-laws, the City Quarters Community Management Statement (CMS) and Rules as well as Government laws and regulations.
