Security guards patrol the entire City Quarter precinct 24/7 day and night.

If you are locked out of your apartment and unable to ring security, the security office is located in the Vie 2 Building to the right of the main entrance.

Evacuation of Buildings
Evacuation Diagrams should be exhibited on each floor of each building.
These will show your evacuation route and assembly point.

Most buildings have a fire and evacuation alarm. When the alarm warning system sounds initially there is an Alert Tone (beep beep) in the immediate area which is a signal to prepare for evacuation. As the incident develops, the Alert Tone will cascade to other floors in the Building and shortly thereafter will be replaced by the Evacuation Tone.

When the Evacuation Tone (whoop whoop) is sounded all residents should evacuate the Building immediately via the Fire Stairs and following the Evacuation Routes to the Assembly Area.

Please do not remain in your apartment or use the lifts at any time during any evacuations.
