City Quarter facilities cater exclusive for the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of City Quarter residents.
These facilities include:

  • Outdoor Pool – 50 x 4 metre heated outdoor swimming pool.

  • Indoor Pool – 25 metre heated 4 lane lap swimming pool.

  • 2 well equipped gymnasiums.

  • Open space common lawn areas – The Village Green and the Boulevard Stone Sculpture garden.

In addition to its powers under the Act, the Community Association has the power to make Rules about the control, management, operation, use and enjoyment of City Quarter. In particular, the Community Association may make Rules about using Community Property facilities (51.1).

  • It is a condition of use that all users observe the rules and conditions of use for these facilities.

  • Failure to comply with the City Quarter Rules and By-laws may result in your access to these facilities being withdrawn.

  • City Quarter may close the facilities at any time without notice.

  • City Quarter Community Association will not accept liability for any loss or injury caused as a result of using the City Quarter Facilities.
