NSW Government COVID-19 guidelines apply when using the lawns and gardens

The City Quarter lawns and gardens are provided for use by residents and guests for picnics and recreation.

The Village Green is a tree lined lawn located near the café in the centre of the precinct.
Dogs and other animals are STRICTLY Prohibited from the VILLAGE GREEN area.
(including grassed areas, mulched areas and surrounding pathways).

The Boulevard stone sculpture garden features sandstone cut from the site is located alongside the outdoor pool.
Dogs and other animals are permitted on the grassed area of The BOULEVARD, must be on a leash
or in a suitable carry cage and under the effective control of a competent person at all times.

Please use nearby parks or kerbside nature strips to exercise or toilet your animal.

Ball games are generally not permitted and noise should be kept to a minimum.

If you notice any areas requiring attention, please advise the Community Association Facilities Manager.
