Residents are asked to respect the privacy of their neighbours at all times. Loud noise before 7.00 am after 10.00 p.m. all days is not appreciated and may be reported to Security for appropriate action or to Building Management for follow up.

Residents should be aware that if they fail to turn the noise down after a warning from Security the police will be notified. If this continues with the same party, the matter will be escalated in terms of an official and formal response.

If you are reporting noise to Security, you will be asked for your name and apartment number. This is recorded and kept private - the offending party will not be told who raised the complaint.

CMS 13.1(a) You Must Not - make noise that might unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment of a Lot, Community Property or Common Property by another owner or occupier; At any time.
