Moving In or Out of your apartment on Weekends or Public Holidays is not permitted.

Booking a Move Into or Out of City Quarter Strata Buildings
Booking a move is Essential when moving into or out of all Strata buildings in the City Quarter.
Residents must contact their Building Manager for moving procedures and to book a time slot prior to arranging a move in or out of their apartment or receiving large deliveries.

Main Entrances and Lobby Areas
Generally moving in or out via the main entrance or main lobby of strata buildings is not permitted.

Loading Docks
Note: There are no loading docks in any of the Strata Schemes Buildings in the City Quarter, your Building Manager will be able to assist you unloading, use of lifts etc. once you have booked your move.

Damages and Responsibilities
Residents relocating are responsible to ensure there is no damage to community or common property during their move and are to advise the Building Manager immediately if damage occurs. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their removalist/contractors.
Community Association and Strata Scheme rules and by-laws must be complied with.

Disposal of cartons, old furniture and white goods All excess rubbish/packaging from moves in or out must be removed from common areas by the resident or their removalists. Cardboard waste must be flattened and taken to the designated recycling area. It is the responsibility of the resident to dispose of any unwanted furniture or white goods.
