Community and Common Property

Community and Common Property in the City Quarter fall into two categories;
Areas that are owner and maintained by the Community Association (Community Property) and
Areas that are owner and maintained by individual Strata Schemes (Common Property).

The Community Association By-laws, the Community Management Statement and the Architectural Code, apply to all Community Property, strata Common Property and individual lots in all strata schemes in the City Quarter, just as your strata by-laws apply to each private lot and strata common property within the strata scheme.

The Community Association community property includes some areas that have been designated as public space by our local government, publicly accessible as required in the original Development Application,

The main Community property includes:

    • The Outdoor pool and gym

    • The Indoor pool and gym

    • The Village Green lawns and surrounds between Vie 2, Vie 3 and the Indoor pool

    • The Boulevard area between Upper and Lower Sterling Circuit between Trio and Vie 2

    • Gardens and landscaping not within an individual strata scheme

When using the facilities that are community property, use common sense and be aware of any regulations. See the relevant pages for more information.
