Balcony Lighting

All building mounted, and landscape light fittings are to match in type, performance, colour, output and quality that of the original design.

Any changes to external lighting on balconies must comply with Community Associations by-laws (Architectural Code clause 4.1).

Any additional lights, including spotlights or additional fixed lights, are not allowed on balconies or balustrades.
Low voltage LED Christmas / Fair lights are allowed on the inside of the glass balustrade during the festive season only.

Balcony Fixed Ceiling Fans and Fixed Heaters
Fixed ceiling fans and wall heaters are not allowed on balconies.
