common property

Common property falls into two categories; areas that are owner and maintained by the Community Association and 
areas that are owner and maintained by individual Strata Schemes.

The Community Association By-laws, the Community Management Statement and the Architectural Code, apply to all common property and individual lots in all strata schemes in the City Quarter., just as your strata by-laws apply to each private lot within the strata scheme.

The Community Association common property includes some areas that have been designated as public space by our local government, publicly accessible as required in the original Development Application, Free two hour parking time restrictions 
apply on the roads within City Quarter is an agreement the Community has with the Council in order for Council Rangers to patrol and enforce parking restrictions.

The main Community common property includes:

  • The Outdoor pool and gym
  • The Indoor pool and gym
  • The Village Green lawns and surrounds between Vie 2, Vie 3 and the Indoor pool
  • The Boulevard area between Upper and Lower Sterling Circuit between Trio and Vie 2
  • Gardens and landscaping not within an individual strata scheme
